From this base you can add an extended porch, which still leaves you a total front view of the lake and also add either a three door full front or complete mosquito front, complete with zip down door. When taken to the limit you can add the overwrap over the extended bivvy, remove the inner front section and create a two man dome. I have been using this shelter for a year now and have tested it in every extreme of conditions that the British weather can throw at us, and it has performed perfectly in every instance.
